The company started production of ice cream in 2005 and dairy products in 2008. One of the outstanding features of Daity and Apada products is the very high quality of raw materials and milk consumed in the production of such products. With respect to the fact that animal breeding unit is under the control and possession of the company, it plays a remarkable role in the quality of the final products. Daity ice - cream & Apada dairy products have another feature of not using preservatives. Apada dairy products has also made attempts to attract satisfaction of consumers with respect to their health by acquiring ISIRI sign & Halal sign.

1. Egg Production under Parsirang brand:
Fars Agriculture, Industry & Livestock Husbandry co. Was established in 1989 and currently the capacity of unit reached 22000 tons of eggs per year.
It is located in the industrial city of Beiza Malousjan, 18 kilometers west of Shiraz, on a land area of 443 hectares. The company now offers all the egg productions including special ( golden yolk ), Omega3, and ordinary eggs in different numerical packages under the brand of Parsirang.
2. Laying hens maintenance & breeding complexes:
This complex has 4 pullet rearing hall with a capacity of 300,000 pieces of pullet in each period & 5 laying hens maintenance complexes with a capacity of 300,000 pieces per each part & totally 1,800,000 pieces. The mentioned complexes are equipped with official & welfare building, restaurant, initial dressing, power house, eggs & cartons warehouse.
3. Livestock, poultry & aquatic feed plant with Sirang brand:
Full automatic plant with producing 30 tons per hour and capacity of storage of 36,000 tons of grain in warehouses and silos with all equipments & machinery. Feed pellet making plant with a capacity of 20 tons per hour and a warehouse with the storage capacity of 15000 tons.
4. Olive Gardens:
The company has 120 hectares of olive garden. Olive products of the company are distributed on the market as green, canned and oil of olive.
5. Compost fertilizer production with Parsibarg Jonoob brand:

Haj Reza Ebrahimi Hemodialysis Charity Center
In the middle of 2007 the three hospitals of Shahid Dr.Faghihi, Shahid Dr.Beheshti and Namazi faced congestion of renal patients that needed hemodialysis and also because kidney transplantation could not graft due to a lot of reasons, Fars province encountered a big problem because of shortage of dialysis beds. It is noteworthy that the death in patients with renal failure is imminent if they don't have an appropriate dialysis. So the need for increase in the number of hemodialysis beds was strongly felt until the Haj Reza Ebrahimi hemodialysis center, the great benefactor of region, opened & began by ministry of education & health minister & his companions, alongside the academic eminence of medical university of Shiraz at the beginning of January of 2007 with 80 dialysis beds which are ready to serve the patients simultaneously. Superstructure area of the center is 7000 sq/m.
The hemodialysis center consists of:

Dialysis:
The hemodialysis devices of this center are fresenius model 4008-B made by Germany that are able to do the dialysis in two different methods, " Acetate " & " Bicarbonate powder ".
To provide the best and highest quality, the dialysis methode in this center is only Bicarbonate powder with " Hi Flux " filter.
Services:
The center has a self-service which provides breakfast, lunch & dinner for all the patients free of charge. Transportation of the patients is performed by the center without any charge.
All of the beds & 5 wards have central suction & oxygen system. More than 140 people were directly employed and are working in three shifts at this hospital.
This center with 80 dialysis beds is the world's largest hemodialysis center.
Esteghlal (Fridge co.)
Esteghlal Fridge Co. was established in 10.12.1975 and was exploited in 1980. The fridge is built on a land area of 36,000 square meters.
The fridge has 20 salons with different capacities (from 80 to 5000 tons), totally 64000 cubic meters, 7 salons below zero and 13 salons double circuit ( Below zero and above zero), loading and unloading platform with hydraulic jacks, more than 10 reach trucks, Lift trucks, Pallet trucks and digital 60-ton scale. The fridge with qualified and experienced personnel and half a century's experience of working and background, and with high power of loading and unloading and benefit of a specific location is ready to serve the owners of commodity.

This company was established in 1967 and after coming to the ownership of Shiraz Ghazal Industrial Group to increase daily milk production based on scientific principles, attempted to work with internal and external experts. Among the advisers were people who attended from USA, Netherland, Canada, Sweden who were unparalleled in their specialty.
The main recommendation of experts was the fundamental change in the structure of cattle breed and as the fundamental change was not possible in a short period of time phase change was on the agenda as follows:
1. Reforming the structure of milk and increase the milking units to 60 modern units.
2. Herd genetic correction.
3. Ration status correction.
4. Manufacturing facilities & installation of required systems.
5. Building a location for maintenance of dairy calves with capacity of 240 heads of calf.
The utilization of the mentioned strategies resulted in two main goalse:
1. Increasing number of cattles.
2. Increasing the average of milk production per each head of dairy cattle.
This company provides healthy fodder on 591 hectares of farmlands.
Farzis is the greatest dairy cattle breed company in the south of the country. The number of dairy cattle of the complex is 6500 heads with daily fresh milk production of at least 75 tons.
